I've met some other challenges for OSS business model:
- you shoul decide how to track or analyse self-hosted users
- what kind of id use to distinct companies/persons/teams/workplaces to have ability to have real usage numbers
- you should be carefull with volume based pricing. Decide and articulate - what you will do and how you'll find teams/companies using multiple accounts, it's become more difficult when multiple accounts is a feature and part of product. (it was surprising to find multimillion businesses using product and not willing to pay for it )
